• Cheat code warning
It is recommended
that you do not save the game while codes have been enabled. It
may affect your game statistics, and may cause glitches. Additionally,
some codes cannot be disabled.
• Big air
To get big air off any car, enable the "Change motorcycle tire size" code,
then use any bike to fly over cars. Additionally, go at maximum speed
on a PCJ-600 on the wrong side of the road. When you see a Banshee, drive
directly into it. This works even better with a Sanchez.
• Bleeding Vehicles
Take a normal shotgun and walk directly up to a Rhino. Use manual aim
and fire directly into the Rhino. It will spurt blood as if it were a
person. This can also be done with other cars and objects, but is best
when the Rhino is the target, because it will not explode. This works
well at the airport so you do not get a wanted level. Note: The blood
only spurts when you fire from certain angles; down and to the right slightly
works the best, and you must be directly up against the tank and use manual
aim to do it.
• Bullet proof PCJ-600
In the mission "Biker Heat", when you chase down Wayne, kill him WHILE
HE'S ON THE BIKE (he cannot fall off the bike or it will not be bullet-proof
anymore), steal it, and then save it for a bullet-proof PCJ.
• Bulletproof Stretch
You must be on Staunton Island and on the mission "Search and Rescue"
which is given to you by Sal over the pay phone. Go pick up the limo from
Sal's garage, then drive the limo to YOUR garage. Do NOT go to the yellow
marker. Go straight from the Sal's garage to yours. After the limo is
in your garage, fail the mission (die or blow up the limo while it is
in your garage) and then the Bulletproof Stretch is yours. This works
with other mission vehicles as well.
• Car stuck on bridge
While driving on the bridge that connects Staunton Island and Shoreside
Vale, you can get someone's car stuck in the bridge. To do this, wait
until the bridge is up, then bump a car about half-way on the bridge with
it halfway hanging over the edge. When the middle section of the bridge
comes back down, that car should get stuck and have half of it sticking
out of the bridge.

• Completion bonuses
Get a 100% completion by finishing all story line missions, all side jobs,
all races in first place, complete all 24 unique jumps, complete the car
list for Love Media, find all 100 hidden packages, and survive all 20
rampages. A tank will now appear in Fort Staunton, and speedboats can
be taken in Portaland. All Multiplayer costumes will also be available
in Single Player mode. Additionally, successfully complete all Rampages
for the M60 to spawn at your safehouses. Note: You do not get the M60
with any of the weapon cheats
• Drive destroyed vehicle
Find a vehicle with a driver in it. Press Triangle to get in the car and
immediately enable the "Destroy all cars" code. If done correctly, you
should be in the vehicle, but it will be on fire. Enable the "Full health"
code to put out the fire. You can now do things like in a normal vehicle.
If you take it to a Pay N Spray, the vehicle will be fixed but still look
burned.
• Double Ammunition
It is possible to duplicate any amount of ammunition for a specific gun.
This happens during any missions or odd jobs where you are driven by someone
and have to shoot things with a crosshair and some type of automatic gun
with unlimited ammo. Just have the gun in your inventory that you want
to duplicate ammo selected before you start the mission or odd job. Certain
missions where there is more than just the shooting part only require
having the gun selected when you go into the shooting part of the mission.
When the mission is completed or failed you should notice the selected
gun has twice the initial ammo.
• Fly helicopter in Calm Before The Storm mission
During this mission for JD, when the helicopter makes its second stop on the top of the building in the Red Light District, get a bike. Drive it up the stars. Make sure not to kill anyone or the mission will end. Then, press Triangle while standing next to the helicopter to board it and fly around.
• Hellanbach GT
If your are looking for a Hellanbach GT for LoveMedia crazy car give-away,
there are two ways to get one. The first is to complete level 4 in the
car salesman missions. It will appear in the showroom. The second place
it can be found is at Shoreside Vale. Go to the first house on the bottom
row of houses in the Cedar Grove area. Look in the driveway to the garage.
If one is not there, drive left or right, then turn back. There should
be one sitting in front of the garage.

• Infinite Time for Fires in Fire Truck Missions
To exploit this glitch it's just a matter of putting the fire out as the
clock is going to hit 0. If done correctly, the timer will disappear allowing
infinite time to cruise to the next fire.
• Keep more than one vehicle in your garage.
Normaly you can only keep one vehicle in your garage due to the fact that
if one vehicle is being stored the door will not open for the one your
in, so get out of your car (a bike works easier) and push it next to the
garage doors, when you get close enough it will open and let you push
your vehicle into the garage. This is very handy when you want both a
car and a bike at your fingertips.

• Moon Increases in Size
When it's night-time, take out your Sniper Rifle and look for the Moon
in the sky. Zoom in and shoot the Moon. The Moon will increase in size
the more you shoot it and then go back to it's original small state when
you have shot it enough times.
• Motorcycle passenger
Use a vehicle to ram a motorcycle with two people sitting on it. Make
sure you hit them hard enough so that they both fly off the bike. Then,
get on the bike and shoot the driver, but not the back passenger. If done
correctly, the remaining passenger will hop back on the bike and sit behind
you as you drive around. Note: You will not be able to bail from the bike
while moving, as the back passenger will block you from being able to
jump off. To get rid of the passenger, just get off the bike and shoot
him or her.
• Near Infinite Sprint Trick
Just tap default X button to sprint instead of holding it down. You cycle
the sprint so it's like you never start. This can be done at any time;
whether during a mission or exploration.
• Rampage without getting wanted
Start a new game. Instead of taking Vincenzo to the Safe House, leave
him in the car and don't get in. Now you can roam free and do whatever
you want without getting any stars at all!
• Ride through wall in Staunton Island
In the Rockford area, directly beside the hospital is a construction site.
Get a PCJ 600 and ride it to the red bar at the construction site's entrance
and break it. Then, back up and go fast as possible. Go up the dirt pile
ramp inside the construction site. When you are on the first roof, jump
over to the second roof while still on your bike. Then, go to the wall
to your right and ride slowly into it. Note: You may need to do this more
than once. If done correctly, you should fall into the wall. When you
are done falling, you will be in the unfinished tunnels below. The only
way to get exit is to die.
• Shotgun ammunition
Stand outside the Ammu-Nation store and target the man behind the counter.
Kill him, then take his shotgun and drive away a few blocks. Return to
the store, and he will have respawned with another shotgun, which you
can once again take from him.
• Smiley face
On Statunton Island there is a parking lot on the top southwest corner.
Look for a white staircase inbetween the parking garage and the parking
lot entraces on the southside. Go up the staircase and jump on the short
cement railing. Then turn east and jump up on the roof over looking the
parking lot (Liberty City Tree Building) and run across the roof to the
other side where you will see a courtyard. Jump down into the courtyard
and run to the very end of the courtyard to the northwest. Then on a wall
at the end of a courtyard has a white picture of a smiley face and says
'Hello Again'. This is the same spot where in Grand Theft Auto III, where
a sign says "You arn't supposed to be here."
• Snow
To change the weather to snow, find the auto shop in Portland. Begin the
car dealership missions where you must sell cars to people by doing what
they want. If you get to level 9, it will start snowing to make it more
difficult to drive in. |
